Friday April 20th

Well everyone chemo went well today. Ellie had recieved healing turtles from Max's Love Project to give out to other sick children in Our Ladys Hospital. She gave two out today, one to a 14 year old boy named Aaron who has Leukemia. She gave the other to a five year old boy named Ben who also has Leukemia. Ben was so happy with his turtle, and Ellie was delighted to give it to him.

April 19th

Hi all today was a great day! Ellie was feeling good and she actually ate today. We went to her school to visit all her classmates and show off her new hairstyle, they were all thrilled to see her. Tomorow is chemo round 5. We will be halfway through the induction phase tomorow. Please keep praying that she doesnt loose all her hair as she really loves the new hairstyle!!!

Hi all we went shopping today for some nice hairbands for the new hair do but ellie got very tired very quick. The appetite is still a big issue and im hoping it will get better. We dont want anymore weight loss this week!!!1 If anyone out there has any suggestions for foods to try while on chemo i would be grateful for your advice.

This is Ellies new hair cut and she absolutely loves it!!!!

New hairdo!!

Ellie got her hair cut into a bob today. Her hair falling out was annoying her so much, so she asked me to take her to have it cut. I was so upset to cut it but when I saw how happy Ellie was then I was happy too. She's so brave and I love her strength and positivity.
