Positive MRI

Ellie had an MRI last Friday and we got the results this afternoon.

Its a positive result and we can all relax and enjoy Summer 2015.

Ellies auntie April and uncle Glen had a baby girl yesterday. They named herErin  Rose and she is beautiful. I will put up a photo of her in the next post.

Dad has a cold beer to celebrate.

Summer 2015 is finally here

Summer is here and the suns come out to play. We had a little holiday in Rosslare last week. We got a nice house about 1km from the beach. We spent lots of time on the beach walking and sun bathing. We also went to the cinema and ten pin bowling. Sarah came along too and the three girls had a great time. 

We had to come home a couple of days early for treatment, but we were just happy to get a few days away. 

Ellie finishes school for the summer tomorrow and looking forward to a few lie ins. She also has an important MRI later this week so hopefully the results are positive. 

Sunny May

Ellie is doing well at the moment. She was unwell for a few weeks recently, missed a lot of school and didnt see much of her friends. Thankfully she is doing well now and is looking forward to finishing school in a few weeks for the long summer break.

Feb 2015

Ellies is doing great these days. 

As Ellie cannot continue her swimming classes she has recently joined a local Hip Hop group. She really enjoys it and has made a few new friends. 

We recently had a visit from Faith, Merv and Karen all the way from Virginia. We had a lovely weekend walking around Dublin City, Ellie and Faith got on brilliantly.

Christmas 2014

This Christmas has been very low key. Lots of days spent in hospitals with Nanny May and Ellie. Thankfully its almost over and we can get back to normal. Nanny May finally came around and it looks like she will make a full recovery from her fall and Ellie is doing well on chemo. Here's to 2015, Happy New Year to you all x x x

Doing great

All is going really well for Ellie right now. Ellie couldnt have chemo last week because of bloods but was ok for it this week. Weight right now is 29.2 kg, a couple of kilos down from the starting weight but nothing to worry about. 

Ellies Nanny May is in hospital at the moment after having a bad fall. Lots of prayers for May right now.
